Pay:
$30-$35/hr (DOE — top operators earn more, in line with crew lead and forestry equipment tech pay) Professional, well-maintained equipment and organized ops (no chaos, no guessing) Growth path: more responsibility and higher pay with performance and certs Travel note: We primarily work in Grand County Who This Job Is For You've got real seat time running heavy equipment and you can mobilize it safely between sites. You live for the outdoors — mountains, snow, and honest work.

What You'll Do Operate heavy equipment: forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and loaders Mobilize and transport equipment between job sites safely and legally Haul equipment and materials with truck and trailer Site prep, clearing, grading, and cleanup Maintain and make field repairs on equipment; keep machines inspected and ready Travel within Grand County (and the Front Range as jobs require) Requirements Valid driver's license + clean driving record CDL Class A or Class B (automatic-only restriction is OK) Proven experience operating heavy equipment Equipment mobilization / hauling experience Able to pass a drug test and background check Qualifications Do you have a CDL A or B? (Required — automatic-only restriction is fine) Do you have a driver's license & reliable transportation? (Required) Do you have U.S. work authorization?
