Summary As an Outdoor Power Equipment Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing various outdoor machinery, ensuring optimal performance for our customers. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools to diagnose issues and perform repairs. Your premium skills in diesel engine and equipment repair, along with your relevant , will enhance our service quality. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment using mechanical knowledge and hand tools. Perform routine maintenance and service on various equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize power tools and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering product recommendations. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Background in equipment repair and maintenance Excellent customer service and Familiarity with diesel engine repair and electrical systems Experience working in a dealership or as a service technician Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
