Our technicians play a key role in keeping our trucks and equipment running safely and efficiently. Position Overview We're seeking a Heavy-Duty Diesel Repair Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance, repair, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with drivers, dispatch, and management. You'll also help set up and manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal fleet performance. Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other issues efficiently and accurately. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair needs clearly. Assist with creating and implementing maintenance schedules for the fleet. Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Keep a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy-duty diesel repair and diagnostics. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
