16 Jul 2026 Building & Construction Mayo €60,000- €75,000 SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Mechanical Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established Mechanical Contractor for projects in Co.
Key responsibilities include:
Commercial management of mechanical packages (HVAC, pipework, plant, etc.) Budget control, cost tracking, and monthly cost reporting Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications Valuations, variations, and change order management Procurement of mechanical materials and subcontract packages Identifying and reporting commercial and contractual risks Liaising closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams About the company Our client is a reputable Mechanical Contractor delivering projects across the West of Ireland, including commercial, healthcare, industrial, and pharma sectors. They have a strong pipeline of secured work in Mayo, offering long-term stability and career progression.
