Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (ET) Aeroservicios USA is a Miami-based provider of new and refurbished Ground Support Equipment (GSE), serving domestic and international airlines, commercial, cargo, regional, and charter as well as major ground handlers and FBOs. We operate a 110,000 sq. ft. maintenance facility and 150,000 sq. ft. of outdoor storage, supplying equipment through direct sales, leases, and short-term rentals, backed by quality maintenance services. We are seeking a Mechanic Level 1 to provide basic mechanical maintenance support and assist with the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery under direct supervision. This role supports safe and reliable operations through preventive and corrective maintenance and accurate documentation of completed work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance tasks. Inspect mechanical equipment and report faults, leaks, wear, or abnormal conditions. Perform basic component replacements (filters, belts, hoses, fittings, lubrication/greasing). Use basic hand and power tools safely and properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Follow safety rules and established procedures at all times. Perform any other related or non-related tasks as assigned by management, as required to support operational efficiency and business needs.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of industrial or automotive mechanics. Technical training in mechanics is preferred. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
