Job Description

Learn a Specialized Trade. Work Independently. Earn Based on Performance. We are seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals interested in becoming certified Hood Cleaning Technicians servicing commercial kitchens throughout South Georgia and North Florida. Whether you already work in commercial cleaning, pressure washing, maintenance, restaurant services, or are looking for a new opportunity in a specialized trade, we are looking for people who take pride in their work and are willing to learn. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a traditional employee position. Most work is performed during evening and overnight hours when restaurant kitchens are closed. What We Provide ✅ Professional Hood Cleaning Certification (Paid by Us) ✅ One Week of Hands-On Training in Atlanta ✅ Lodging Included During Training ✅ Ongoing Support and Guidance ✅ Highly Competitive Commission-Based Compensation No prior hood cleaning experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. How It Works We coordinate service schedules and communicate available work opportunities. As an independent contractor, you maintain flexibility by reviewing and approving jobs that fit your availability and service area. Most work is performed during evening, overnight, or off-hours when restaurants are closed. What You'll Do Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, and exhaust systems Follow NFPA 96 standards and industry best practices Travel to customer locations throughout the service area Complete jobs safely, professionally, and on schedule Take before-and-after photos and complete service documentation Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Ability to travel up to 1-2 hours from your home base General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Ability to purchase and maintain your own equipment Ability to work evening and overnight schedules Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently What We're Looking For ✔ Dependable and professional ✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently ✔ Strong work ethic ✔ Comfortable working nights and traveling within the service area ✔ Good communication skills ✔ Takes pride in quality work ✔ Eager to learn a specialized trade ✔ Looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable industry CompensationCommission-Based Pay Highly competitive commission structure Paid per completed job Consistent opportunities for qualified contractors Opportunity to build recurring monthly income through regular service accounts Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
