Requirements Responsibilities Provide professional manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services. Consult with clients regarding nail care treatments and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with state regulations and industry standards. Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients. Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with members and guests. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Promote nail care services and retail products when appropriate. Qualifications Current Florida Nail Specialist License required. Previous experience in a spa, salon, resort, or private club setting preferred. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Independent Contractor Requirements Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications. Carry professional liability insurance. Responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes associated with independent contractor status.
