Winter Haven, FL Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM | Fridays as needed

Job Type:

Full-Time Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment? Join our team as a Mechanic, where you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet and tools in top condition across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues Perform hands-on repairs: brake pads, tires, hydraulic pumps, mower blades, filters, etc.

Complete routine maintenance:

oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, etc. Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and 2-cycle equipment at Winter Haven and 5 branch locations Maintain accurate daily records for repairs, receipts, and operating expenses Keep the shop, service truck, and inventory organized and clean Operate skid steers, loaders, and tree lifts (a plus, not required)

Requirements:
