Responsibilities include reading plans and schedules, pulling wire, installing cameras and security devices, physical bank equipment, safely moving heavy equipment, conducting site surveys, performing installation startup, system commissioning, cleaning, and organizing the warehouse, and customer training by performing the following duties: 1. Use Salesforce App on phone to receive work orders, track mileage distances, log parts needed, and communicate with office and customer. 2. Installs and services electronic and physical security products including pulling wire per applicable specifications and codes. Physical security products include drive up systems, vaults, doors, safes, locks, safe deposit boxes, drive up windows, deal drawers, alarms, cameras, DVRs, NVRs, etc. 3. Load equipment at warehouse into transport vehicles. 4. Travels to client's site for equipment installation, troubleshooting and repair. 5. Expected to travel for up to a week at a time when necessary. 6. Tests all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers' requirements and all applicable codes. 7. Be able to travel out of town for installations, usually a week at a time, but varies. 8. Accounts for all installation and service tools/equipment and all job parts/inventory. 9. Communicates important project status information to office as necessary (installation or service). 10. Completes and turns in all required electronic "paperwork" in a timely manner according to established procedures and deadlines. 11. Follows purchasing protocols with office to track and replace parts used. 12. Maintains and controls assigned truck stock inventory in an organized manner. 13. Maintains control and safeguards all company or customer property or information of which employee has been entrusted. 14. Use personal vehicle to transport equipment and materials for work duties, mileage is reimbursed. 15. Maintains clean driving record and operates personal and company or rented vehicles using safe driving practices. 16. Ensures all work is performed to company quality standards and practices. 17. Works in compliance with Federal/State laws regarding safety of self and others at all times. 18. Bring personal tools for basic low voltage and installation work. 19. Dual Position Education/Experience:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent; willingness to learn, punctuality, respect.

Compensation:

Pay rate - $30-60/hr depending upon experience Mileage reimbursement for extensive daily travel
