Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Hydraulic Specialist to join our team, dedicated to maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and hydraulic systems across various sectors. In this role, you will leverage your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience to troubleshoot complex hydraulic issues, perform precise repairs, and ensure optimal equipment performance. Your expertise will help keep machinery running smoothly, maximize operational efficiency, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about heavy equipment and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic components on a wide range of machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and other heavy equipment. Interpret technical schematics, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals, and hydraulic system diagrams to accurately identify issues. Perform fabrication tasks such as welding, soldering, or assembling hydraulic parts to meet repair specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on industrial equipment, farm machinery, and automotive systems to prevent breakdowns. Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for disassembly, assembly, and repairs of hydraulic systems and related mechanical components. Operate heavy machinery safely during diagnostics or repair procedures when necessary. Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations including air brake systems, suspension alignment, HVAC systems, and electrical components. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with service quality. Experience Proven dealership experience working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery is highly preferred. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, soldering, and assembly of hydraulic or mechanical parts. Familiarity with excavator operation, crane maintenance, forklift servicing, tractor-trailer systems, and automotive diagnostics. Strong understanding of schematics for hydraulics, transmissions, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and suspension components. Experience in vehicle maintenance including brake repair, tire service, wheel alignment, diesel engine repair, and heavy lifting operations. Knowledge of OEM standards for Caterpillar or similar brands is advantageous. Ability to use power tools safely while performing equipment repair or assembly tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service experience to address client needs effectively.
