Racking & Packing Technicians Seeking 1st
Shift:
6:00AM- 2:30 PM Monday-Friday
NIA, LLC
(Northern Indiana Anodize) is an aluminum anodizing facility located in Fort Wayne. We are seeking entry‑level employees who are ready to start a rewarding career in our modern facility. Racking Technician (Racker):- Load customer parts onto racks.
- Inspect parts for damage prior to loading.
- Inspect racks for damage and ensure they're taken to maintenance for repair. Packing Technician (Packer):
- Unload customer parts from racks.
- Inspect parts for damage and quality.
- Bundle the products in crates, cardboard, etc.
Requirements:
- Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety standards. (Safety of employees is always #1.)
- Ability to work as part of a 2-3 person teams.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
