After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a Mechanical Seal Repair Technician to join our Louisiana team!
Responsibilities:
Assembles final products based on detailed blueprint drawings and preforms pressure testing as required. Responsible for receiving, evaluating, disassembly/assembly, cleaning and repairing mechanical seals and/or seal parts. Cycle counting and inventory management, when needed. The initial process includes receiving the products, ensuring all documentation has been supplied (e.g., SDS), documenting and identifying the seal parts, and evaluating the repair needs. Regularly performs the disassembly, proper cleaning of all components, with use of manual lathes, grinders, drill presses and lapping machines. Work closely and professionally with internal team members to find solutions and resolve matters promptly by providing all recipients with up to date and comprehensive data. Previous experience with mechanical seals is preferred.

Must maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
