Job Description
Hill's Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated Tractor & Lawn Mower Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality work, can effectively manage their time, and has the skills to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair tractors, lawn mowers, and outdoor power equipment. Perform routine maintenance and preventative service. Utilize diagnostic software and electronic service tools to identify equipment issues. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Accurately document repairs and communicate findings to service advisors and customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Manage workload effectively and meet productivity goals. Qualifications Experience repairing tractors, lawn mowers, diesel equipment, or related machinery. Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and service software. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license.
