This is a 1099 contractor role paid per job . About ReviveNow ReviveNow Property Solutions is a growing water damage restoration company serving the Baltimore region. We specialize in 24/7 water mitigation , carpet cleaning, painting, and tenant turnover services. We are seeking an experienced WRT-Certified Technician to work alongside the owner on water loss jobs. This is a contractor role with flexible scheduling and strong potential to grow into a Lead Technician position as our business expands. What You'll Do Perform water extraction Perform demolition as needed (drywall, flooring, baseboards) Set air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration Set containment and perform cleanup Complete photo documentation in the Mitigate app Provide guidance and best practices during jobs You may accept or decline jobs based on your availability. Expected Hours 5-20 hours per week (as needed; depends on job volume) Requirements Required
IICRC WRT
