ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Operate Aggregate Crusher Plants and other Aggregate Processing Plants Operate loader and other heavy equipment Repair and maintain processing equipment Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Heavy equipment operating experience preferred Mechanical experience preferred Ready and capable of physically strenuous work including hand work and heavy lifting Exhibit a positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working as a team member Results driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions Ability to travel regionally is required Hold a good safety record Must be punctual and dependable A successful candidate must possess integrity, competency and adaptability Equal Opportunity Employer - It is the policy of Rieth-Riley to assure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their veteran status, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, color, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, citizen status, and/or any other applicable legally-recognized protected class under local, state, or federal law.
