Job Description

Experienced Tractor & Equipment Technician - UP Kubota UP Kubota is seeking an experienced Tractor & Equipment Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled mechanic with proven experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and heavy equipment. This is not an entry-level position .
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair Kubota tractors and equipment Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs Repair hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, drivetrain, and PTO systems Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate repair needs and recommendations with service management
Preferred Experience:
Tractor and agricultural equipment repair Diesel engine diagnostics and repair Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting Experience with ranch, farm, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment is a strong plus Manufacturer certification or dealership experience preferred
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of equipment repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
