Do you enjoy solving hands-on technical problems and mentoring others? If so, we're looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician (Level II) to keep our fleet running strong at our La Marque branch.

What You'll Do:

Perform advanced repairs on diesel- and gas-powered rental equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using proper tools and testing. Conduct inspections and ensure all equipment is rental-ready. Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and part usage records. Operate a forklift to load/unload and move equipment. Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and restock. Mentor junior technicians in safety and repair procedures. Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment and berms from job sites. Lead safety and efficiency improvements on the shop floor.

What You'll Bring:

3-5+ years of equipment maintenance or mechanical repair experience (rental/pump industry preferred). Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Welding experience required . Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). High School Diploma or GED.
