Demolition and Excavation Equipment Operator

In this vital role, you'll expertly handle a wide range of tasks to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience will drive the success of our projects, making a tangible impact every day. Operate a variety of heavy equipment including Dozers, excavators, and other construction machinery to perform demolition, grading, digging, utility installation , and material transport tasks. Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly. Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with site preparation activities such as clearing debris, leveling ground, and loading/unloading materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Proven experience operating construction equipment for demolition and Excavation jobs such as dozers, excavators, and other heavy machinery on active sites. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and site protocols. Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments for extended periods.
