Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and long-term equipment support. Overview We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site maintenance, repair, and diagnostics for a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical expertise, along with excellent customer service skills. This position offers an opportunity to work with diverse equipment types including forklifts, excavators, and industrial machinery. Duties Promotes an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Acts professionally and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment on the road at customers workplace. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs equipment as needed. Perform routine maintenance including oil and fluid changes. General inspections. Work will be on L.P, Gas, and Electric powered equipment, mainly forklifts. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions. Use diagnostic tools as needed to make repair recommendations and complete repairs. Complete repairs to quality and safety expectations. Identify the needed parts to complete repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of services performed. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their equipment needs. Utilize technical manuals and schematics for repairs. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies. Communicate with service staff and customers regarding needed and recommended repairs Requirements Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. General understanding of fuel, electrical, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems. Communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to navigate basics of laptop / tablet and software systems. Multitasking Problem solving Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
