Job Description:
On-Site Hose Inc is a family-owned local business based out of Apex, NC. Here at On-Site Hose, we specialize in the fabrication and installation of hydraulic hoses and fittings on heavy machinery. We have a large amount of customers who call us out to do work on site; However, we still maintain a large quantity of customers that come into our office for hose replacements/repairs.
  • Assist walk-in customers by fabricating hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to meet their specific needs.
  • Identify and recommend the appropriate hoses, fittings, adapters, and related components for customer applications.
  • Remove, fabricate, and install hydraulic hoses on customer equipment brought into the shop.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked warehouse, including managing hose and fitting inventory.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready to support daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to help ensure efficient shop and customer service operations.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a dealership environment or with heavy construction or industrial equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, electrical diagnostics, and automotive repair. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
