Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Roadside Technician and provide reliable roadside assistance to drivers in need. In this energetic role, you will perform fuel deliveries, jump starts, battery installations, tire changes and lockout services to stranded motorists. Your expertise will ensure drivers get back on the road quickly and safely, making a real difference in their day. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as tire changes, battery replacements, and fuel deliveries Utilize specialized equipment like a 2 ton jack, air compressor, air impact wrench, battery jump pack and lockout tools Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings Ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities and roadside interactions Experience Some mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance or repair Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Experience working with vehicle components like batteries and tires, preffered but will train the right person Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in outdoor environments Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Prior experience in roadside assistance or automotive service is a plus but not required Must pass a background check and good driving record. Position eligible for monthly bonus.
