Lot Technician

Charlotte Ski Boats is a fast-growing Multi Line boat dealership located in Mooresville, NC 28117, on beautiful Lake Norman, Selling and servicing Tige and ATX Boats, Fourwinns, and Tahoe Pontoons, Mercury/Yamaha Outboards. We focus on boat sales, service, parts, and brokerage. We are looking for people who can work independently and also as part of a team, take pride in doing a quality job, are willing to work hard and pay close attention to detail. We are looking for an experienced individual with the goals to grow and manage a department and team. • Basic marine knowledge Time management Property management Self-started/take initiative Can work independently Has basic machinery knowledge Can safely operate a fork lift and tractor Can multitask and work at a fast pace Experience in loading, moving and operating boats Towing boats to landing Boat and vehicle cleaning Facility cleaning and maintenance Basic mechanical tasks on equipment, watercraft and boats.

• Must have a driver's license in good standings and reliable transportation.

Other job details include (but not limited to): Safely transport/move equipment as assigned. Follow all safety and compliance regulations. Keep lot clean and organized as instructed by management. Demonstrate the proper use of equipment.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND SHOP SUPPORT

Effectively maintain equipment and complete all other shop work as assigned in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Professionally maintain and clean equipment. QUALIFICATIONS and

EXPERIENCE

Valid Driver's License issued in work-in state and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements Good judgment and initiative Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
