Job Description
MowJo Mowing is looking for dependable, hard-working Tractor Operators to join our highway mowing crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and take pride in keeping North Carolina's roadsides safe and looking their best, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Safely operate tractors with flail mowers along highways and road rights-of-way. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Follow all traffic control and safety procedures. Work efficiently as part of a team. Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues. Qualifications Experience operating tractors or other heavy equipment preferred (training may be available for the right candidate). Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on uneven terrain.
