Hydraulic Crane Mechanic

Job Overview Condustrial is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Crane Mechanic to join our team. This position focuses on the maintenance and repair of mobile truck cranes and heavy-duty trucks. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all makes of mobile cranes and heavy-duty trucks Diagnose, adjust, modify, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, air brake, and suspension systems Safely operate heavy lifting equipment and specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently Read and interpret parts manuals, operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings Utilize diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repair Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure compliance with safety requirements and evolving industry regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hydraulic Crane Mechanic Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Strong background in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Basic set of mechanic's hand tools required Ability to work safely around moving machinery in varying temperatures and humidity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn new computer, electronic, and hydraulic systems Preferred Experience Experience with Link-Belt, Terex, and Liebherr cranes Experience with Sterling and Peterbilt trucks Condustrial, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and a full-service construction and industrial supplemental staffing provider.
