Job Description
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented mechanic to join our Thermo King Christensen team in our North Platte location. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles or machinery. You will play a role in ensuring operational readiness and safety through regular inspections, repairs, and performance checks. Must have mechanical background and be willing to learn. Must have computer skills, and organizational and people skills. Mechanic Qualifications and Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Ability to use specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software Good understanding of vehicle or machinery systems and components Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Follow safety protocols and ensure work is done according to industry standards Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environments Good communication and record-keeping skills Willingness to learn Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your technical expertise.
