In this role, you will be responsible for the precise disassembly and separation of engine components, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining efficient production processes, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting field service operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, utilize your technical skills, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The Job:
You will be responsible for the efficient breakdown of engines to prepare them for inspection and recycling. It's a hands-on role that keeps you moving, using your mechanical knowledge to identify parts and safely dismantle equipment.
Engine Breakdown:
Carefully taking apart engine units following our shop processes.
Part Organization:
Sorting components for inspection.
Shop Safety:
Using power tools and shop equipment (like hoists) safely and responsibly.
Work Environment:
Helping us maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
What We Are Looking For:
Mechanical Aptitude:
You have experience working on engines or heavy machinery and know your way around a standard set of shop tools.
Physical Stamina:
This is a manual labor role that requires you to be on your feet and able to handle heavy components.
Strong Work Ethic:
We need someone who is punctual, focused, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.
Safety Conscious:
You prioritize your own safety and the safety of the team around you.
