Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and bulldozers and trucks
• Perform maintenance and inspections on construction equipment (dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, trucks and other equipment)
• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting skills preferred

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Pay per hour is highly competitive and based on skills and experience
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and tire service is a plus
• Ability to weld and solder is a plus
