SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to repair and install mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components on high reach equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Pre-assemble and install parts including axles, hydraulic components, radiators, bearings, hoses, wiring, tires, engines, and cabs. Rework, repair and replace damaged parts or assemblies. Read and interpret assembly blueprints. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shop. Perform other duties as assignment by management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of shop or field service experience on high reach equipment. Additional training available. Must have own tools. Intermediate understanding of mechanical systems and assemblies, and how parts function together. Ability to identify assembly issues and devise solutions. Attention to detail in following schematics, order of operations and quality standards. Skilled in use of hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment (i.e., impact guns, sockets, wrenches, VOM). Must possess a strong work ethic. Ability to read, write and comprehend written and verbal English. Must be able to thrive in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certified Mechanical Technician Forklift Operator Overhead Cranes and Rigging Boom/Scissor Lift
OSHA 10 PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Steel-toed safety boots required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
For Full-Time employees, expect to work a 10-hour shift on average, including overtime if necessary. Reliably commute to Henderson, Nevada, or planning to relocate to local area before starting work. Comply with the brand and hygiene policies. Pay rate is negotiable, depending on candidate's experience.
