About the role Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA is hiring a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations - ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency

Requirements:

Responsibilities Unpack inbound equipment and conduct a detailed inventory of received/missing parts. Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure full functionality. Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with a clean OS installation. Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving. Assist with packing outbound equipment. Facilitate freight pickups. Support new hardware builds. Serve as a backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required. Requirements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 75+ pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment. 60-day probationary period applies.
