Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team in Reno, NV. This position involves regular travel to various mining and construction sites throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, where the technician will be tasked with servicing and repairing Sandvik Rock Drills, Mobile Crushing Equipment, and Heavy Equipment. The role requires the ability to work independently in demanding environments, which may include exposure to adverse weather conditions such as rain, wind, and snow. Candidates should have relevant experience as a Field Technician or Heavy Equipment Mechanic, with a strong background in Sandvik Rock Drills and Mobile Crushing Equipment. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating autonomously in remote locations and be open to extensive travel. Preference will be given to individuals residing in Reno, NV, or the surrounding areas. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $40 per hour, with an additional $4 per hour stipend for travel work, bringing the total to between $44 and $47 per hour.
