Job Description

Experienced Conveyor Belt Technician Location:
Buffalo, New York Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates We are seeking an experienced Conveyor Belt Technician to join our growing team in Buffalo, New York. This position performs the fabrication, installation, vulcanization, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty and lightweight conveyor belts and related rubber components. Work is completed both in our shop and at customer locations. We provide ongoing training, development, and support while offering strong earning potential through overtime and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Install, splice, and vulcanize lightweight and heavy-duty conveyor belting Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair conveyor belts, conveyor systems, and other rubber products Perform mechanical installation and repair work at customer sites Receive and verify incoming materials, parts, and supplies Maintain inventory and organize the stock area Prepare and fulfill customer sales orders Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and customer orders Follow all company and customer safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications At least two years of heavy-duty conveyor belt splicing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical High school diploma or equivalent Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime and bonus opportunities Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Comprehensive health care benefits 401(k) plan with company match Paid training and professional development Opportunities for long-term advancement
