Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Powersports Technician to join our passionate team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle operates safely and efficiently, providing our customers with the thrill of adventure and confidence in their equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge mechanical systems while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various powersports vehicles using mechanical knowledge and specialized tools Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components Conduct vehicle repairs involving power tools, welding equipment, and manual handling techniques to restore vehicles to optimal condition Follow safety regulations diligently while handling hazardous materials and operating heavy machinery or power tools Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory to ensure efficient workflow Adhere to all safety standards and procedures related to vehicle repair and workplace safety regulations Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems repair Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in a workshop environment Experience with automotive electrical systems and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Knowledge of diesel mechanics is a plus for broader troubleshooting capabilities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within a fast-paced service setting Join us as a Powersports Technician where your expertise fuels adventure!
