Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor and modify equipment to ensure maximum productivity and quality are achieved.
- Perform trouble shooting and repairs on equipment located in all serviced departments.
- Assist operators and fellow mechanics with challenges during set⁃ups, operation and troubleshooting of the equipment.
- Maintain the inventory of needed spare parts.
- Train operators on technical abilities of equipment.
- Perform installations and assist in validation of new equipment.
- Performs general mechanical tasks to meet both production and building needs. ## Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to display basic mechanical/technical skills
- Must be able to display basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication, problem solving and multi⁃tasking skills
Education/Work Experience:
Two years college or technical school or three years of experience in related field- Must possess basic equipment knowledge
- Display strong math skills (addition, subtraction, %ages, averages)
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.75 to $27.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
