PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Utility Mechanics will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, overhauling and maintenance of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and controls systems for large industrial stationary natural gas engines and compressors. Documenting and maintaining associated maintenance and repair records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling of large mechanical engines Physical capability to work in and around hazards and difficult to reach areas Strong communication and computer/data entry skills Ability to occasionally travel overnight within territory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree in Diesel Mechanics, Diesel Technician Certification or equivalent work experience. Experience in installing/repair of pneumatic and electrical equipment

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Candidates must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm This shift could also include after-hours, call outs, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the Concord Station located 5510 Genesee Road, Springville NY 14141 or be willing to relocate.

This is a position within the Company's collective bargaining unit with a starting rate of pay of $46.90, after 6 months $47.90, and 1 year $50.37. National Fuel offers a comprehensive benefits package including the following:
