We are seeking independent contractors to join our network for professional product delivery, assembly, and repair services, allowing you the flexibility to choose the projects that fit your expertise and schedule. Responsibilities Execute professional assembly of fitness equipment, basketball systems, and outdoor recreational products to manufacturer standards. Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring items arrive safely and are installed correctly at the customer's location. Perform technical repairs on home goods and fitness machines using provided components and documentation. Utilize mobile technology platforms to manage service orders, update status, and communicate completion details. Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct during every residential site visit. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient, two-person delivery and installation workflows when required. Required Skills Proven experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or logistics operations. Ability to interpret complex manufacturer assembly instructions and technical manuals. Ownership of reliable transportation, such as a cargo van or box truck, and professional-grade hand and power tools. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Active business registration (EIN) and ability to meet commercial insurance requirements. Preferred Skills Prior experience in the final-mile delivery or white-glove service industry. Proficiency with digital scheduling and dispatch mobile applications. Strong problem-solving skills for on-site troubleshooting and repairs. Demonstrated history of maintaining DOT compliance for commercial vehicle operations.
