Bulldog/ADT security services is a top 3 national ADT dealer with over 25 years of Alarm Industry Experience, is committed to providing our customers, with the highest quality of scientific technology and personalized monitoring services. We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our Cincinnati team!Responsibilities will include:
- Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.
- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
- Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
- Upselling during the installation Requirements are:
- Currently licensed for security & fire equipment installations
- Residential Alarm Installation Experience-REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.
- Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation
Rewards:
- Generous compensation package! Average $85,000
- 115,000/yr! (Compensation is pay per job & the amount illustrated is an "average" of potential income.
- Possibility of becoming a regular (non-contract) position
