Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Facility and General Helper to join our CNC Rebuild Shop located in Cincinnati, OH, 45215. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while supporting our skilled technicians in various tasks. If you're a proactive individual who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist in the setup and teardown of CNC machines and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and work areas. Support technicians with routine maintenance and repairs of CNC machinery. Handle materials and tools, ensuring they are stored properly and safely. Perform basic assembly and disassembly tasks as directed. Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and materials. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to improve shop efficiency and workflow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or CNC environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with safety practices in a shop environment. Driver's license.
