PM Pay:
$23- 25/hour (based on experience) This is NOT a forklift driving job.
This includes:
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Performing repairs on forklifts and rental equipment Completing work orders and documenting repairs Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe Assisting with loading/unloading equipment as needed Supporting general shop and building maintenance This role is a great fit if you: Like mechanical work and problem solving Have experience with tools, engines, machines, or equipment Want to build a career as a technician or mechanic This can be a more entry-level role , but you must have: Basic mechanical skills or experience Comfort working with tools and equipment Willingness to learn mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 4-6 years of mechanical or technical experience required Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read diagrams and schematics is a plus Organized, dependable, and safety-minded (Automotive, diesel, industrial maintenance, small engine , or similar experience transfers very well to this role.)
