  • 25/hour (based on experience) This is NOT a forklift driving job.
This is a hands-on mechanical role where you'll be repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining forklifts and material handling equipment in our shop. If you enjoy working with your hands, turning wrenches, solving mechanical problems, and learning how equipment works — this role is for you. We support our customers by keeping their equipment running — and that starts with strong technicians. What You'll Actually Be Doing As a Forklift Shop Technician, you'll work in our Cincinnati shop repairing and maintaining forklift equipment.
This includes:
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Performing repairs on forklifts and rental equipment Completing work orders and documenting repairs Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe Assisting with loading/unloading equipment as needed Supporting general shop and building maintenance This role is a great fit if you: Like mechanical work and problem solving Have experience with tools, engines, machines, or equipment Want to build a career as a technician or mechanic This can be a more entry-level role , but you must have: Basic mechanical skills or experience Comfort working with tools and equipment Willingness to learn mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 4-6 years of mechanical or technical experience required Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read diagrams and schematics is a plus Organized, dependable, and safety-minded (Automotive, diesel, industrial maintenance, small engine , or similar experience transfers very well to this role.) Schedule & Location Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
