East Main Street, Circleville Ohio 4313 Job title: Small Engine Repair/Shop hand Duties & Responsibilities (including, but are not limited to) Assisting with deliveries of rental equipment such as but not limited to, skid steers, mini excavators, stump grinders, ect. When deliveries/pickups are all caught up, we expect this employee to help out around the shop and clean equipment. Expectations

• Repetitive call ins/sick days will lead to termination.
• Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Make pickups/deliveries with a flatbed truck pulling a trailer.
• Ability to work, walk, and stand up to 8-10 hours a day on a regular basis, short cycles under physically demanding conditions.
• Positive attitude, self-starter, does not engage in destructive, negative activities
• Ability to stay busy without being told.
• Uses personal phone on company time during break times, lunches, or to communicate with others only if necessary or for work.
• Timely, reliable, punctual, and brings positive value to the team and its goals.
• Reasonably tolerate all weather conditions.
• Pack your lunch, bring everything you need to get through the day. Plan to not leave the shop until the end of the day.
• Paid weekly by direct deposit, first week will be holding week, your first pay with be the end of the second week worked.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays as needed 8:00AM-3:00PM.

Saturdays are mostly weather/season dependent. Spring/Summer are busy times of the year.
