$150.00 - $400.00 per day (Commission-Based) Full Job Description Express Fresh Mobile Detail is seeking Dedicated Independent Mobile Detailing Contractors for consistent, full-time volume in the Greater Columbus area. We are not looking for "occasional" help. We are looking for professional partners with their own mobile rigs who want a guaranteed daily dispatch schedule. Our VAs work around the clock to fill your calendar; in return, we require contractors who are committed to being "On-Call" and available during our core operating hours. The "Consistent Schedule"

Unlike other apps where you fight for "gigs," we assign a dedicated territory and a consistent block of jobs to our top-tier contractors. If you show up and deliver quality, your schedule will stay full.

What We Expect:

Reliable Availability:

Must be available for dispatch Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM.

Professional Mobile Setup:

You must have your own vehicle (Van/Truck) fully equipped with a water tank, generator, pressure washer, steamer, and extractor.

Tech-Fluent:

You will use the Jobber app to manage your route, clock in for your "shift," and upload proof-of-service photos.

Communication:

Consistent communication with our virtual dispatch team throughout the day.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional detailing experience. Your own professional-grade chemicals and tools. Active General Liability Insurance (COI required). A "customer-first" attitude and a commitment to 5-star reviews.
