Shift:
2nd Shift (3:30PM - 2:00AM) Pay range: $20.00/hr + $22.00/hr on W2 without benefits Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure timely operational readiness. Maintain equipment in accordance with maintenance programs, standard work procedures, and CMMS requirements. Record maintenance activities, work orders, labor hours, parts usage, and equipment history in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems. Follow TLM Product Line standards and company maintenance procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, asset utilization, and maintenance efficiency. Help reduce equipment downtime by supporting repairs, preventive maintenance, and asset turnaround activities. Assist in implementing cost-saving projects, including the repair and reuse of equipment parts. Participate in equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and failure investigations as assigned. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to improve productivity and operational performance. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System and participate in required training and development programs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all HSE and quality procedures.
