The Opportunity Keep our fleet moving. As a Crane Mechanic, you aren't just fixing machines—you are the backbone of our operational safety and efficiency. We are looking for a high-level technician who takes pride in diagnosing complex hydraulic and electrical systems and delivering "zero-failure" reliability.
Key Responsibilities Precision Diagnostics:
Use OEM manuals and schematics to troubleshoot transmissions, hydraulics, air brakes, and electrical systems.
Full-Cycle Repair:
Perform everything from routine preventive maintenance to complex component overhauls, welding, and custom fabrication.
Safety Compliance:
Conduct rigorous inspections and maintain meticulous service logs to ensure every piece of equipment meets OSHA and company safety standards.
Field & Shop Operations:
Safely operate heavy equipment during testing and utilize a full suite of precision hand and power tools to get the job done right.
What You Bring Heavy Equipment Mastery:
Proven experience with cranes, excavators, or heavy tractor-trailers. Dealership or OEM certification is a major plus.
Technical Versatility:
Deep knowledge of HVAC, suspension, and automotive diagnostic software.
Physical Capability:
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Professionalism:
A "safety-first" mindset and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to the team.
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
