Competitive Pay + Overtime + Per Diem (based on experience) Position Overview M. Wright Services is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support pipeline construction operations. This position is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy construction equipment used in pipeline installation and right-of-way work. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently in the field and keeping critical equipment operational to support production schedules. Applicants must have their own tools capable of performing field repairs. Company provided service truck is available. Equipment Worked On Excavators (Komatsu, CAT, John Deere) Sidebooms / Pipelayers Dozers Skid Steers Trackhoes Directional Drilling Equipment Support trucks and trailers Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services Repair engines, hydraulics, undercarriages, and electrical systems Maintain equipment inspection and service records Work with project managers and superintendents to prioritize repairs Respond to field breakdowns and emergency repairs Ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards Qualifications Must have own tools capable of performing field repairs. 5+ years experience working on heavy construction or pipeline equipment Strong understanding of hydraulic and diesel systems Ability to troubleshoot in field conditions Experience with Komatsu, CAT, or similar equipment preferred Ability to work long hours and travel as required Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Per diem for travel projects Consistent pipeline work Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company How to Apply Send resume or work history to: Info@mwrightservices.com
