We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Shop Technician to join our growing service team. This position focuses on the repair, maintenance, and inspection of construction, arborist, and aerial lift equipment in a clean, well-equipped shop environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of heavy equipment including: o Compact Dirt Equipment (Skid Steers, Excavators, Backhoes) o Arborist Equipment (Chippers, Stump Grinders) o Telehandlers and other construction machinery o Aerial Lifts (Bucket Trucks, Boom Lifts, Spider Lifts) Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Qualifications Required:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to complete work orders, understand safety procedures, and interact with customers and team members. 2-5 years of hands-on experience repairing or maintaining heavy equipment Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage repair tasks from start to finish
Valid Driver's License Preferred:
