Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and experience with various mechanical systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, industrial equipment, small engines and trailers. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. We service a very wide range of machinery from auto to trucks to industrial and agriculture, so come work at a growing company where you can do something different each day and see the results of your hard work. Duties Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance Utilize welding techniques for repairs as needed. (Not Required) Operate heavy machinery safely while performing tasks. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections performed. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair is essential. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Experience working with industrial equipment is highly desirable. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of light duty towing is preferred but not required; training is available. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. PA inspection license is preferred but not require. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are preferred.
