Direct Hire Responsibilities Independently disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild motors, pumps, blowers, and gearboxes Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using AC/DC diagnostic methods Replace and rebuild components such as bearings, brushes, seals, leads, impellers, fans, brakes, and clutches Take precise measurements to determine correct replacement parts Safely operate diagnostic and repair equipment Maintain accurate, timely job records Support onboarding and skill development of less experienced technicians Uphold safety, quality, and shop organization standards Work across equipment types including AC/DC motors, blowers, submersible/split-case/close-coupled pumps, and gearboxes Requirements High school diploma 2-5+ years of industrial electromechanical repair experience, or equivalent education/experience combination System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
