AB_4976896 A manufacturing facility in York, SC is looking for a Field Diesel Technician looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Thursday. 5-10 years of Diesel Technician experience required! Travel and on-call availability is required as well.

High School Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair:
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on diesel engines, fuel systems, and electrical components.
Hydraulic Systems:
Maintain and repair complex hydraulic circuits, cylinders, and valves—specifically those integrated into crane and aerial lift assemblies.
Field Service & Travel:
Travel to client sites to perform on-site repairs. This role requires flexibility for overnight travel and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.
On-Call Availability:
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency support for critical equipment failures.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all OSHA and manufacturer safety standards, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of lifting equipment. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week Skills Diesel Technician Experience (7 years of experience is preferred) Bucket Truck Diesel Experience (7 years of experience is preferred) Electronic Maintenance (7 years of experience is preferred) Mechanical Maintenance (7 years of experience is preferred) Blueprints (7 years of experience is preferred) On-call Availability (6 years of experience is preferred) Field Service Tech experience (6 years of experience is preferred) Hydraulic System Repair (6 years of experience is preferred) Qualifications Years of experience: 7 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
