Job Description

A well-established equipment company in the Sioux Falls area is looking to add 2 Diesel Technicians to their team due to internal promotion and upcoming relocation within the shop. This is a strong opportunity for technicians wanting long-term stability, career growth, and excellent earning potential. Technicians will be working on a variety of construction and compact equipment including: Aerial lifts Telehandlers Scissor lifts Loaders Mini excavators Skid steers Concrete saws And other compact/construction equipment
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of diesel or heavy equipment mechanic experience Experience with hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting Background working on construction, compact, rental, ag, or heavy equipment Ability to work independently and efficiently in a shop environment
Compensation & Benefits:
$25-$30/hour base pay depending on experience Annual bonuses averaging $12K-$15K ESOP retirement program Stable company with long-term growth opportuni
