Responsibilities Assist in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and loaders using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, tire service, and fluid checks on construction machinery and industrial equipment Support electrical diagnostics involving electrical systems, wiring harnesses, sensors, and control modules on various machinery Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment components with precision and safety in mind Conduct troubleshooting of mechanical issues related to transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, brakes, HVAC systems, and diesel engines Assist in welding and fabrication tasks required for equipment repairs or modifications Maintain detailed service records and logs for all repairs performed while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in heavy equipment or automotive repair Experience or familiarity with dealership service environments is a plus but not required Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, or fabrication is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently Willingness to learn about construction machinery maintenance and heavy equipment operation Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us in building a career where your skills grow every day!
