In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Semi truck/ semi trailers , Your expertise will help keep our heavy equipment operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting our project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics passionate about heavy equipment, with a focus on delivering top-notch service and technical excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on heavy construction machinery, including excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and loaders. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, hydraulic system checks, and tire services to ensure equipment longevity. Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, air brakes, suspension components, and HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. Fabricate parts or modify equipment as needed using welding, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet operational requirements. Inspect equipment for safety compliance and perform alignments or adjustments to meet manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection logs to track repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Assist with heavy lifting operations and support the safe handling of large machinery during repairs or assembly. Qualifications Run service calls/work out of service truck Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of
